I. GENERAL AUDIENCE PRIVACY POLICY (GAPP)

General Audiences are listeners and users of TUNR.FM for purposes other than as a programmer/broadcaster. This site uses "persistent identifiers" as defined by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). "Persistent identifiers" include cookies, IP address and location-based services (latitude and longitude) of devices. Location-based identifiers are used strictly to present location-specific audio content from programmers whom are wholly responsible for the audio content. TUNR.FM does not collect personally Identifiable information (PII). TUNR.FM is not child-directed and has nor retains any actual knowledge of users under the age of 13. TUNR.FM does not allow broadcasters to present programming wholly and directly aimed at children under the age of 13.

II. COOKIES

To enhance the experience of using TUNR.FM, our web pages may use "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are placed in the computer's browser to store preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell TUNR.FM personally identifiable information (PII) such as email address or other personal information. A cookie is like an identification card. It is unique to the computer and may only be read by the issuing TUNR.FM server. TUNR.FM uses cookies to understand site usage and to improve content presentation . For example, TUNR.FM uses cookies to store favorite stations which helps us personalize the experience on our site. TUNR.FM (like most web sites) makes extensive use of JavaScript. IV. LOCATION-BASED SERVICES

Location-based services (LBS) are computer services that use location data to control features. LBS is used to support entertainment services; accessible with mobile devices through mobile networks, LBS uses information on the geographical position of the mobile device. TUNR.FM uses LBS to identify the listeners approximate location so that we may present the nearest stations - even while travelling. The computing devices themselves can also be tracked each time TUNR.FM is accessed and periodically thereafter. The Location Privacy Protection Act of 2012 (S.1233) regulates the transmission and sharing of user location data in the USA. It is based on an individual's one time consent to participate in these services (or "Opt-In"). The bill approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee, requires mobile services to disclose the names of the advertising networks or other third parties with which they share consumers’ locations. TUNR.FM does not share your location data with anyone and we do not collect PII from general audiences. The LBS data TUNR.FM collects from your device(s) are the current latitude and longitude of the device and it's IP address. TUNR.FM also employs location obfuscation techniques, which slightly alters the location of the user while preserving the ability to represent the approximate position and receive relevant services. TUNR.FM only requires location granularity at the County level to be effective. TUNR.FM employs the use of Google Maps API to locate the general audience physical location. V. CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA)

“Support for the internal operations of the Web site or online service,” as defined in 16 C.F.R. 312.2, means activities necessary for the site or service to maintain or analyze its functioning; perform network communications; authenticate users or personalize content; serve contextual advertising or cap the frequency of advertising; protect the security or integrity of the user, website, or online service; ensure legal or regulatory compliance; or fulfill a request of a child as permitted by § 312.5(c)(3) and (4). What information do we collect? When visiting TUNR.FM, your IP Address is automatically captured and recorded in site access and security logs. Your IP address is used to help you with your experience on the TUNR.FM platform.

When do we collect information? We collect information from your computer when you access TUNR.FM and at regular intervals while actively on the site.

How do we protect visitor information? TUNR.FM does not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We do not use an SSL certificate. TUNR.FM provides articles and information and we never ask for personal or private information.

TUNR.FM uses cookies to: Understand and save user preferences for future visits, compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third party services that track this information on our behalf. If users disable cookies in their browser it will turn off some of the features of the site such as the Station List.

Does our site allow third party behavioral tracking? We do not allow.

TUNR.FM does not collect users Personally Identifiable Information, so TUNR.fm will take no responsive action, should a data breach occur.

TUNR.FM will maintain a link to our Privacy Policy on our home page, or at a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found on the page(s) referenced above. Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page. Users are not able to change their personal information as we do not collect any PI.
